Privacy Policy

How Taylor Notaries collects and uses your information when you book an appointment.

Effective date

11 September 2026

What we collect and why

When you book, our form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, the number of signers and a description of the documents. We use this to schedule your appointment, prepare for the notarization, and contact you about it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Cash on arrival is available for in-person appointments.

Emails

We send you a booking confirmation email, and our notaries receive a notification of your booking.

Texas notary record book

Texas notaries must keep a record book of notarizations (Tex. Gov't Code 406.014). Entries in that book are public information, and the records must be kept until the 10th anniversary of the notarization.

No selling of personal data
