Online bookings are confirmed once payment is completed; cash bookings are confirmed immediately. ## Agent capabilities This website supports machine access. External AI systems may check appointment availability and book appointments on behalf of a customer using the public Agent API. No API key is required. The ACP API requires a Bearer API key issued by Taylor Notaries; the slot is rechecked before charging and any failed completion is refunded in full. ## Rules for agents - Never invent, guess or extrapolate appointment availability. - Always call checkAvailability before offering any time to a customer. - Only call bookAppointment after the customer has selected an exact slot that checkAvailability returned. - Re-query checkAvailability if the availability information you hold may be stale (more than a few minutes old, or if booking returns slot_unavailable). - Send an Idempotency-Key header with bookAppointment and reuse the same value when retrying, so a retry cannot create a second booking. - bookAppointment returns a checkoutUrl. Give that link to the customer; the appointment is confirmed only after they pay. Do not claim a booking is confirmed before then. - Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment and are refunded in full. - These endpoints are the only supported machine interface. There is no database, SQL or administrative access. ## Contact Email: richard@taylornotaries.com or liza@taylornotaries.com Website: https://taylornotaries.com/
